"Bautista Bros Builder were very professional and responsive. They gave me a very fair price on my quote. They showed up on time and performed the work very professionally. They took great care not to damage anything else while working. I was very satisfied with the work performed and would definitely recommend them to anyone seeking home repairs."

"The crew arrived in the middle of the window of time. They demolished the rotted stairway, and built a new one that was far better than the stairway the builder had made, and were done at 4:30 that afternoon. All scrap was removed and everything went well. Great job"

"I originally called for closet door repair, which went perfectly. As he was leaving I asked about the possible repair of an outside pole repair on my front porch. He was also able to fix that in the same visit. I was very pleased and will definitely be using his business for future repairs."

Small jobs welcome

"When asked about not only the mechanical repairs to the door, did he want to help out with painting, he did not seem that interested to take on that work.  He recommended that we use a painting company.

Customers say: Super punctual

"After using many handyman services before, I have finally found the one that stands out above the rest. I hired Reilly's Handyman Services to install a large number of metal cabinets in my new garage, along with countertops and hanging shelves. Everyone who did work for me genuinely cared about the quality of the work done as much as I did. Details and potential issues were proactively identified at the start of the job, and then the agreed solutions were skillfully implemented. When unforeseen issues arose, rather than overlooking them and accepting poor quality results, the team adapted their approach and solved the problem in order to get the job done right. What impressed me was that they did this on their own initiative, without me having to look over their work and tell them what needed to be fixed. Even more impressive, come to find out, they paid this much attention to quality even after they had been on this job for longer than they expected. That is, even though they under estimated how long this project was going to take and therefore how much to charge me, they still did the job with the same quality craftsmanship, integrity, and friendliness. And, to top it off, they honored their original bid. It was because of all this that I voluntarily offered to pay a little more. Thanks to Norm, his son, and their team. Suffice to say that I highly recommend Reilly's Handyman Services."

"I hired Jorge and his team to tear down an existing old deck and build a screened in porch. They did this job beautifully in a matter of a couple months. The woodwork, service, attention to detail was unmatched! Will hire them again for more projects in my home!!!"

"I hired Zak to build exterior stairs for my home in January, and couldnâ  t be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, Zak demonstrated exceptional professionalism and skill. Communication was top-notch. Zak took the time to understand my needs and timeline. Throughout the project, he kept me informed of progress, promptly addressing any questions that arose. His craftsmanship was outstanding, resulted in stairs and railings that exceeded my expectations. Zak worked quickly and efficiently, completing the project in a timely manner without sacrificing quality. Working with Zak was an absolute pleasure. His dedication to customer satisfaction and commitment to excellence is commendable. I wouldnâ  t hesitate to recommend him to anyone in need of carpentry services. Pole Barn Builders questions, answered by experts

Yes, barndominiums can be two stories. Blueprints for barndominiums can safely support multiple stories or vaulted ceiling heights of 14 feet or more. Barndominiums are prized for their ability to be modified and customized to suit the builder’s preferences, and many barndominium construction companies offer a variety of different floor plans to choose from.

While it’s best to have access to large, healthy, strong trees in a safe position, treehouse living is still possible without them. Contractors can fit tree posts to build the structure onto or use posts as additional support alongside the trees themselves. If you’re in doubt about the suitability of the trees on your land, consult with a local treehouse builder before you start the project.

You can use a variety of wood to build a barn door, but the most common options include 1-by boards and 2-by boards for the backing and the decorative boards on the front of the door. Softwoods like pine will save you some money and should hold up well, while hardwoods like maple and oak will stand up to more wear and tear. You could also build the backer out of plywood to minimize the cuts you need to make. Whatever you decide on, make sure the width of the wood is compatible with the mounting brackets you buy.

The timeline to build your barn will depend on the barn type and the company you hire. A pole barn may take six weeks or so, while a traditionally framed or steel-framed barn can take four months or longer. Building a barndominium takes the longest because you are essentially building a new home. You can expect barndominiums to take six months or longer to build.

Rather than using a common two-by-four piece of wood for a rafter, you probably will use two-by-six, two-by-eight, two-by-ten, or even two-by-twelve boards. Wider lumber is typically a better choice in a larger building as it provides more sturdiness. Some installers may use wider lumber for rafters near the edges of the roof, where the greatest stress occurs, and save money with narrower lumber toward the middle.
