Jorge and Tony are an excellent team, very communicative and friendly, the customer service is first class. The work was carried out as agreed and whenever there were problems they were willing to solve. Now I also need some remodeling in my bathroom and kitchen, and I would like to work with them again.

I would LOVE for Sir Jorge/JP to favorably consider completing at least one of the projects we discussed > the balcony porch entry at the side bedroom [at the current window area]. After discussing/sharing several different options with Sir Jorge/JP for more than six consecutive months, to which the already-submitted deposit might be applied, it seems that they no longer wish to work on this project. With recent changes in Primary Care Giver responsibilities there is better focus on this more URGENT need for Sir Jorge/JP to at least complete the side bedroom balcony porch entrance. â ¦sincerely wish that Sir Jorge/JP would not have seemingly â run out of patienceâ needed to help this Baby-Boomer successfully juggle through to the completion of the two projects requested [balcony porch entrance and Sunroom]! Given the background information provided below, it seems reasonable to expect/prefer that Sir Jorge/JP complete the side porch balcony entrance OR return the full deposit plus reimbursement for Architectural services which Sir Jorge/JP used for the Sunroom! QUALITY OF WORK: Not Applicableâ ¦ because the actual work never started [for renovation of small master bedroom by adding a balcony porch or small sunroom; and for adding a balcony porch entrance to small side bedroom]! However, Sir Jorge-Sir Jorge/JPâ verbal description of what the company could do, both in person during our consultation and based on the website sounded well capable of meeting our request; and I looked forward to working with Sir Jorge/JP! CUSTOMER SERVICE: JUNE2020 [over six months ago], phone calls and text messages were returned within a couple of days. By phone, we scheduled a face-to-face consultation for Friday, July 3rd. JULY2020: During our face-to-face consultation, I was assured that Sir Jorge/JP would provide me a sketch/informal drawing of what could be expected for the completed project; but it did not happen. AUGUST2020: While Sir Jorge/JP offered to send their â Crewâ or â Builderâ to start the project(s), it was still without us reviewing a sketch/drawing of what we agreed upon just to confirm that we were both on the same page, so they were asked to hold/keep the deposit because I was still sure that we would be able to work together towards the completion but not start until there was more specific clarity on what the deposit would be applied to as the finished project. ... In Good Faith, I honor Sir Jorge/JPâ request for a 50% deposit on the estimated price they statedâ ¦ still only verbal promise of work they would do! SEPTEMBER2020: I continued to communicate wishes to work with Sir Jorge/JP ... Sir Jorge/JP did announce that their Crew was scheduled to start and complete a project the week of September 28th at the house but absolutely no one showed up and the exact plan for showing up that week remains unclear. OCTOBER2020: No word from Sir Jorge/JP until mid-October ... I responded promptly. However, there was no significant communication from Sir Jorge/JP for remainder of October! NOVEMBER2020: No word from Sir Jorge/JP until mid-November, ... to meet the week of November 23rd; ... I agreed. ... Sir Jorge/JP did not follow through! DECEMBER2020: I continued to reach out to Sir Jorge but no response until mid-December saying that he would touch base with his Crew ASAPâ ¦ still without confirming any agreed-upon plan! When reminded to confirm our agreement in person [prior to sending the Building Crew], Jorge suggested that we meet on Thu-12/17 at 11am. I arrived in Raleigh via Amtrak ... Jorge/JP was/remains a no show as of 12/22/2020! Recommended?

Project: Complete a Sunroom Jorge was an excellent manager and communicator on all phases of the project. He paid due diligence to every aspect of the work, easy to talk to, pleasant personality, and prompt. Very customer friendly. Arrived when they said they would, did excellent work. I hired Jorge and his crew to fit a small deck over the top of my front landing and install a ramp to make it easier to access the house. There was a small misunderstanding about the direction deck boards would go, but when pointed out, they fixed it immediately without any complaining or arguing! That says a lot about their desire to meet the customer's expectations. Their responsiveness and showing up when they said they would was wonderful/ am saving their information in my contacts and would gladly hire them again. Thanks, guys!

Jorge and his team were professional, committed, and focused on their task to complete our bathroom renovations. Jorge was available and responded to my questions promptly. There were minor adjustments that needed to be made; and they were addressed to our satisfaction. We will definitely use them again.

I hired Jorge and his team to tear down an existing old deck and build a screened in porch. They did this job beautifully in a matter of a couple months. The woodwork, service, attention to detail was unmatched! Will hire them again for more projects in my home!!!

I waited a while after receiving the quote to initiate work on the project. However, once I got in touch with Jorval Properties, they were able to begin work the very next day. They removed my warped front porch and rebuilt it, and did a great job. The porch was meticulously constructed.

Jorval was great and we are very happy. They built us an elevated deck addition on our 1.5 year old home and a ramp into our Crawlspace. Nice crew who worked very hard. Jorge was very responsive and easy to work with. Fair price and quick scheduling. What more could you ask for?

I hired this team to come in and replace a tile shower I had gutted to the studs. Very hard to understand them and even though I explained what I wanted, it did not make it to the contract which I foolishly went ahead with. They then hand it off to other people who don't speak any English. Had to remind them to brace the flooring for the tile. Had to remind them I wanted a shampoo nook. When I called them up to remind them, they first said I didn't ask for that, then when I showed them it was on the contract, they wanted me to take time off work to go buy it so they could install it. But they ended up buying it themselves anyways. The shower head leaked and had to have them come replace it. The tile shower itself was done well and I like that. But as I had explained in our first meeting, I wanted the drywall next to the shower replaced but he didn't capture that in the quote and wanted more to do that work. I would not recommend these people unless you spoke fluent Spanish and ensured you got everything you wanted in writing in the quote (which is good practice anyways).

I had been trying to get a contractor out to remodel the only bathroom in a rental property currently occupied by a tenant and was not having any luck. I came here and put in my project and Jorge at Jorval Properties contacted me the same day and then met me at the property the next day. He was polite and honest and gave me a fair quote for job and a time frame of 5 days (which was very important because the home only has 1 bathroom and the tenant would need a place to stay during the work). The crew got to work in the next week and did a great job demoing and remodeling without damaging anything else in the house. I provided the materials and they did the work. When some plumbing needed to be replaced that we had not estimated Jorge called and let me know right away and gave me a fair quote for the additional work. The crew was able to use the materials I had previously bought for this remodel including the tile, vanity, sink, toilet, tub, and plumbing. The crew was very polite and explained what the were doing and what they needed materials wise each and every time I came to visit while the work was being done. They were each very experienced and did an excellent job with their specialty. I was very satisfied with the work especially the tile around a window in the shower area. The final product is a gorgeous bathroom that I wish I had in my own house and I will definitely be reaching out to Jorval Properties again, especially for bathroom remodels and probably some deck remodels as well. This is a very professional company, easy to work with, and quick to adapt to changing situations. The project was a total remodel of the bathroom, all subfloor had to be removed due to almost full deterioration from years of leaks prior to purchase of the property.

The screen porch is beautiful. It took some time to pass multiple inspections but Jorge made changes along the way to accommodate the inspectors. Project took longer than expected but it was definitely worth the wait.

We had Jorval Properties replace a small 10â x 12â back deck with a large much larger covered back porch. We are very pleased with how it turned out. Jorval Properties was very easy to work with and always responsive to calls, texts or emails. There were a few snags along the way but there always are. What matters is how the contractor handles it and Jorval Properties did a very good job in overcoming them. Very competitive pricing. The workers were always polite and professional. The bottom line really only comes down to one question: would you use them again? Yes, I would definitely use Jorval Properties again.

Solicited offers/bids on a deck for our house in W. Wake County; Jorge from Jorval responded quickly, came to view the site, had a timely estimate for us. He was very nice and accommodating, easy to work with, as was the crew that came to build the deck when we decided to hire them for the job. The crew was fantastic- quick & efficient, good quality build, beautiful result, on time (weather was in our favor!), good value for price. Also good to work with after the build to answer some maintenance, etc. questions I had. We love the new deck, and highly recommend Jorval for this type of project. I'm keeping their number handy for other projects we may have around the house and property in the future!
