"Thank you for the review. I am sorry that our pricing was not made clear; it looks like nearly three months passed between your previous two visits, which is why the last cleaning was a higher rate. After the initial, deep cleaning we set up fixed rates for different frequencies. It looks like you were scheduling bi-weekly visits which were set at the bi-weekly rate and then let a few months pass between cleanings. Because of this the last cleaning was scheduled at the fixed monthly rate, which is higher than the bi-weekly since there is more time between cleanings, We don't have anyone working with us named Tommy, so I'm afraid you may have us confused with a different cleaning company. Since our last cleaning for you was back in November, I think you may have used another service and gotten us confused with them - which is completely understandable! We hate to see that you were expecting a call and never received one so we will be reaching out to get this resolved.
