The crew arrived on the anticipated date and worked over two days to break up the perimeter concrete, install the wall and drain system, and replace perimeter concrete. They also restructured our sump pit and drainage. The crew was good to work with and they had a clear crew chief that communicated well. Really everything went as we hoped. I had some follow up questions in the following weeks, and the office connected me with the same crew chief. He answered my questions. Since this work we had them come back and install a battery backup sump system."

Damage was causing floor sagging and instability in the foundation of the home. (It failed several inspections). I was trying to sell the home and had to have the problem fixed.
