They pointed out the problem could actually get worse and there probably was not any void areas under the concrete to fill with polymer. They also pointed out the existing cracks would likely widen and openup an elevation gap between two slabs. I really appreciate their advice"

Not only was the crawl space of our newly purchased property full of junk and damp insulation, but the main support girder had come apart and twisted, and the house was in danger of caving in. Our work crew, Nick and Ben, arrived promptly as scheduled and worked well into the night, cleaning out the entire crawl space, and installing eleven smart jacks, and 6 mil polyethylene. They finished up the next morning by adjusting and fine tuning the jacks to give us a much more level floor, and a much more stable foundation. We called them and asked them to build a custom deck.  He came out and started our deck immediately and added benches and different levels.  He took our design and added to it and made our dream deck better that we could have imagined.

The price was better than we thought it would be.
