Although it was a 45 minute drive from our home, we felt it might be worth it, and it was. We made an appointment with John via email, arrived at 11:00, and spent just over an hour in his office. He evaluated the sterling silver set we had to sell and gave us what we felt was a very fair price. He'd given us an estimate on the value of the gold coins via email, and although the price of gold had fluctuated since he'd provided the quote, the final price was very, very close to the initial quote. We were happy to learn that they will also buy jewelry, as I have a few pieces I haven't worn in a very long time. We were very pleased with the entire experience and will definitely return to their company when we have gold or silver to sell, and we're happy to recommend them to our friends. One thing to keep in mind is that sterling silver sets are basically worth the price of the silver itself. We knew that going in, so we were not disappointed and, in fact, the price we received was a little higher than we'd expected."

I met with Alan and choose a shingle for high wind and a underlayment that would work best in a hurricane area. Alan explain the various roofing’s shingles from the low end to the more expensive roofing. You can decide what your needs are and your budget. They clean up my property afterwards and I was pleased working with Alan and his daughter Rachel is very professional. Because of a complicated roof and high wind area I choose the most expensive product for my large beach house ."

"Man came out added Freon and said it looked fine. I explained that the temp setting changes on its own and won’t stay where set. He said it worked for him. I said I think it isn’t going to stay. Charged me 277.55 This was a couple of weeks ago and is an upstairs unit that is only used when I have company. This weekend it was on and is doing same thing. I checked this morning and it was 57 degrees upstairs. I called Brinson to say they need to come back and bring a new thermostat which of course is pay for but I don’t expect to pay for a another 84.95 diagnostic charge. She put me on hold and came back to say sorry we will charge another trip/diagnostic call. I told her that I’d call another company and post as many bad reviews as possible"

"My initial contact with Leelands was 10 years ago. I really admired the work they had done on my neighbors house. I just couldn't afford slate repair or replacement at the time. The employees were always courteous and patient. Fast forward to May 2018, I had exhausted all the patching my roof could take. I contacted Leelands, Donna promptly scheduled Luke to come out for an estimate. Luke was on time and provided honest feedback. I recieved a Photo Report, Field Condition Report and Proposals a few weeks later. It took me a few more months to decide how to proceed. In October, Leelands sent Gabriel and Miguel to make the repairs. They were prompt, courteous and worked diligently to finish the job. After a rainy 2018, my roof is still leak free."
