Alyssa is very detail oriented. She has cleaned my home 3 other times prior to this review and She goes above and beyond to accommodate my cleaning needs. I have had cleaners before and she is the BEST! I hope she sticks around for awhile because I don’t think I could find anyone better than her. Thank you!

At first all went well. Alyssa communicated as any consumer would expect. She came to our home for an estimate. We decided to hire her. First cleaning went fine. She did a deep and there were only two small asks. Take out the trash. Use a product that doesn’t leave grit behind / washes off well in showers, tubs and sinks. Second cleaning (2 weeks later) Alyssa never showed. After 30 minutes I reached out. No response. She messaged me 7 hours later to apologize and that her schedule was mixed up. That much time is complete unacceptable. I mean think about it. Overall I would not recommend Alyssa based on her scheduling inadequacies amongst a gut feeling that she would not be right choice. I was willing to give it a go with some hesitation. Always trust your gut. It’s not just the scheduling that I’m concerned about.

"Thank you for your feedback. We had your first cleaning on 9/16 which went well. Our second cleaning would have been 9/26 but you reached out the day before to let me know furniture would be delivered and to resume cleaning on 10/7 or 10/14. I responded with an option of a afternoon on 10/7 or morning 10/14 to which you never responded. I reached out to you on 10/2 to get you on the schedule for the month of Oct. I came out for your second clean on 10/14 on time. It was on this clean you asked me to take out the trash and use a different cleaner which I obliged. Unfortunately, due to the change of your schedule it never got saved on a biweekly basis. This resulted in you being left off my schedule for the 28th. You had reached out at 9:30am but I was unable to respond as I was doing a deep clean. When I had saw I had made this mistake I quickly reached out to you and offered to come immediately that same day at 2:30pm but you did not answer my call or respond to my text. I would have offered your cleaning at no charge as I take full responsibility in this situation. If there were any other concerns you had I would have addressed them but I was not given the chance to. I enjoyed cleaning for you and I hope you will reconsider as this was an honest clerical error on my part. Again, I am very sorry for the confusion. Many blessings- Alyssa"

Wow, I’ve had good cleaning service before, but not like this. Peache Clean handles communications clearly and concisely on the agreed to scope of services. We had requested a deep clean of a rental home we were vacating and a move-in clean of our newly purchased home. The schedule was a little tight and we needed it to be right the first time. No excuses. None needed! When I say we were pleasantly surprised, I’m doing a disservice to the actual feeling of shock and shift in my way of thinking. It is true that you CAN still find people who have pride in their work. We will be using Peache Clean again for some additional work and have already started the conversation on a long term regular agreement. I would absolutely hire Alyssa back. Not only was she overly thorough with every aspect of cleaning (again, we’re talking baseboards to ceiling fans and deep carpet cleaning) but she treated my home as if it were her own! Very easy to talk to as well. Highly recommend to anyone for any kind of home cleaning needs!

Peache Clean did an exceptional job! I was impressed by the pleasant smell and shiny look after the house was cleaned. Alyssa is amazing and even moves furniture to get behind things like couches and tables/chairs! She even cleaned the rugs and shower curtains and I’ve never seen my tub shine like it did when she finished cleaning! Would definitely use them again and highly recommend!
