Scott is the bestâ ¦very professional and personable. He went above and beyond to explain the testing he was going to do and what would need to be done in my basement to take care of a mold issue. He subsequently provided his report and followed up with a phone call to see if I had any questions. A customer could not ask for anything more!

Scott was very professional, informative, and friendly. It was a pleasure to have him work in my apartment and ultimately give me the good news. He made time to do the inspection the very same day that I made the initial call. He arrived on time, did his thing, sent the samples to the lab, and I had the results within 48 hours. The final lab report, which was very easy to understand, indicated no elevated levels. But Scott still went over every finding thoroughly and assured me that my health was not at risk.
