"The OBSOLUTE WORST POOL COMPANY IN THE AREA!!!! We started our process with him in March 17 2024 and gave a substantial payment to start shortly after that. On May 29th the pool finally arrive at the house and was in the ground. That's when it all went to HELL. Did not let us know to get the corps of engineers over to reevaluate our sqft. footprint so we could use concrete as what was quoted. So we ended up having to use permeable pavers which cost an extra $15k. Never came back to install railing, I had to get that done myself. So that got done by Mid July finally. Now starts the worst part. Landscaping was also included with sod, dirt fill, firepit and enclosed shower all back to original. In August we still have no landscaping stated so we have had this backyard torn up since May. All supposed to be done in 4-6 weeks mind you. So finally he agreed to allow our landscapers Escobar Landscaping finish the project and he would pay them. He paid for the materials and would pay the labor"

"After over a YEAR of searching for someone to help clean and maintain our pool, we found Seaside. They are OUTSTANDING. Mark has been terrific. He is consistent and shows up when he is expected. Additionally, he communicates regularly, and if he is unable to come at a scheduled time he lets us know. He also updated regularly on the progress of the pool as initially, it required a lot of work. I would wholeheartedly recommend them as extremely reliable and knowledgeable! "So it is a Holiday weekend (Xmas 2022) and I was provided by the Carolina Creations team the best customer service that in my opinion went above and beyond what was expected. My pool pump stopped working and with the weather that is forecasted and being a new pool owner I probably panicked a little. So I called the main number and selected the after hours number and left a message around 12:15PM and received a call within 5 minutes. From that point I received communication from 5 different Carolina Creations team members checking to make sure that someone had reached out to me. Two of the five team members were on vacation, first time ever for that. So to make this long story short within 2 hours of my original call my pool pump was fixed and my stress relieved. If this is the type of service they provide how could anyone go anywhere else for their pool or landscaping needs. Carolina Creations you should be very proud of your team. "Excellent company to hire for any type of project. they did a outstanding job on my fence made sure the ground was leveled out before installing and made sure that the post had extra cement in them to protect from wind damage. Company was on time and very responsible and cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely hired them again."
