Alex, Jordan and the crew at Coastal Aquatic Pools are the dream team. I knew going with a local pool company would pay off. The communication was top notch every step of the way. They were so efficient, polite, friendly and hard working. Every question was answered, every task scheduled and performed on time. Hiring a local company meant they were on top of every step and any hurdles that came along during the process. I can't stress how important that is. My family and I could not be happier with the outcome. It is a game changer and we will create a ton of memories around our backyard pool. Thanks Alex, Jordan, Romain and crew for creating an incredible pool and patio for us. Coastal Aquatic Pool Company is A+ in my books!

Very poor service, had a pool installed 4 years ago. Opened pool this year and line had fallen down on one side. Alex refused to fix and stated get a lawyer and call tv station if you want. Very unprofessional, I paid $.7500.00 dollars for liner 4 years ago. He will not call you back on the phone.

"We are sorry that you are unhappy. You originally called to discuss a warranty issue on your liner that was installed 4 years ago. We were there within 48 hours to check it out. Our Tech shows up and the pool was a swamp and almost overflowing with water. There was water behind the liner. Your husband explained how the pool had not been opened in 2 years. As we explained to you, 6' of the liner had come out of its track due to water overflowing and getting behind the liner because the pool had been abandoned for 2 years. It has nothing to due with a warranty issue. We certainly were not going to fix the problem for free during 4th of July week as you were demanding us to do. Once we explained how it has nothing to due with a warranty YOU threatened to call your lawyer and Star News. Thank you and we hope you can resolve your issue"
