He was very responsive in setting up the appointment, arrived ontime, was courteous in moving around the furniture, was reasonably priced and did a very thorough job cleaning every corner. We were very close to disposing a white/beige rug that we mistakenly placed in a heavily trafficed area and that our old dog had a few accidents on but after the cleaning, it looks brand new and all pet odors were removed!
