The installer for Closets by Design while installing the kitchen pantry tip in screw for fall protection on top of the pantry hit the sewer pipe that caused sewage water to leak near our food containers and caused Mold all around the walls and Insulation with sewage water leaking around it. The pictures show all the damage done to our home our walls by the Gross Negligence of Closets by Design Installers. The Installer DID NOT have or used any STUD Finder or any other tools to avoid hitting the sewer pipe during the installation thus clearly showing that Closets by Design does NOT care about the destroying customers homes or have the skilled or professional installers or they provide the, with needed tools or compensation to do a professional installation. They rush through jobs and these mistakes are made and customers like us are left to suffer it’s Mold inside our home as a direct result of their negligence.
