Additionally, I should mention that my home is old with floors that do not always demonstrate the word level! They compensated for that in their design; in fact, there was still a slight problem with the refrigerator after the install...it was leaning backwards. I texted them about it. They came over, after some very busy hours of working on another project, to make sure the frig was level. When David said that they weren't leaving until this problem was solved, I knew I had chosen the best people. The problem was corrected and I couldn't be happier.
