The workers did a great job and worked hard to make the vision we had for the porch . It was very helpful that we had other projects in our neighborhood to look at and talk to the homeowners. "Mold in our Home: Blatant negligence by Closets by Design Installer. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS YOU WANT MOLD IN YOUR HOME ! The installer for Closets by Design while installing the kitchen pantry tip in screw for fall protection on top of the pantry hit the sewer pipe that caused sewage water to leak near our food containers and caused Mold all around the walls and Insulation with sewage water leaking around it. The pictures show all the damage done to our home our walls by the Gross Negligence of Closets by Design Installers. The Installer DID NOT have or used any STUD Finder or any other tools to avoid hitting the sewer pipe during the installation thus clearly showing that Closets by Design does NOT care about the destroying customers homes or have the skilled or professional installers or they provide the, with needed tools or compensation to do a professional installation. They rush through jobs and these mistakes are made and customers like us are left to suffer it’s Mold inside our home as a direct result of their negligence. See the pictures for all the damage and Mold caused by Closets by Design and absolutely do not hire these crooks who pretend to be experts in Closets design and Installation while all they do is destroy customers homes and their health with Mold in their homes and walls by hitting their “Sewer pipes “. Think about this dirty sewage water was near our food storage and within 6 feet of our stove in the kitchen. Closets by Design doesn’t care about it and it would happen to you because their installers do not have the tools or the expertise and do not care if they pierce your pipe and flood the walls and home or in our case the sewer pipe and cause mold in our home. We learned our lesson the hard way but I want others to be aware as we are the cautionary tale for the greed and neglect of Closets by Design who employ sub standard installers who do not have the right tools or expertise and what happened to us and as you can see from the pictures is a living proof of the same !!"

"They did a great job! My roof looks great! Reliable and kept me well informed about everything. They kept cost in mind and cleaned up nicely after themselves. Serge even came out late to tarp the roof until it could get repaired so that I didnâ t have any further damage to the house waiting for the roof. They were very nice to work with. Great people. We had a very challenging project involving the complete demolition of the large existing deck and replacement, from the existing cement piers up, with new supports, a new composite deck, and steel cable railings topped with composite hand rails. All of this was done working on a steep hill with very little level ground. We felt that Nick treated the project as though he was working on his own home. A lot of thought and care went into everything that he did, including notching the supporting posts and adding diagonals underneath the deck for stability, always above and beyond what other contractors would do. The fit and finish is flawless. We are very proud and pleased with our new and improved deck and we will spend as much as time as we can out there with our feet up enjoying the view."
