"Devan was polite, professional, kind and thorough. He did everything he could to fix the problem on the it initial visit but it was much more involved. He and another plumber returned the next day to replace the sewer line. They worked pretty much without breaks from 12:00 to 10:00pm. They did a terrific job."

"They came and gave me a quote of 4500, I needed the job done so I hired them They sent another company to suck the tank out and they discovered that my tolites was running water they had some suggestions well I repair them and that fixed my problem then the guys from superior came and run the pressure washer and the job wound up costing me 5144 and in advance I told them I was on disability and fixed income, I highly recommend looking around before taking with these guys I know I feel like I was taken advantage of, they will never do any business for me again, another company found the problem and told me how to fix it, I fixed it, and superior made the money for it to me this is a big ripoff"

"Very professional.  They came out & checked the crawl space & made recommendations on what was needed to alleviate the moisture.  I was impressed that, unlike other companies, they did not overstate the problem in order to sell us services the situation did not warrant.
From the menu of ideal fixes we discussed, we chose what we could afford that would dry the crawl space out & keep it dry -- if more needs to be done in the future, we can always add other equipment & procedures.  They also recommended other ways to re-direct rainwater from migrating toward the house.
They were prompt, worked very quickly, & left the place looking spotless.  Installed a dehumidifer & explained how it works, as well as the remote device to keep an eye on its performance, which we have upstairs.  Extremely pleasant workmen.
We were pleased with the work & if we need more done, will not hesitate to call them.

"Josh guided us through the resolution process after we discovered our crawlspace had experienced flooding. He was very knowledgeable and tailored services to meet our needs and budget. The work crew arrived exactly as scheduled and were very diligent. After several heavy rains, our French drains are working as promised. We are very satisfied and would highly recommend this company."

Plumbing questions, answered by experts

Installing a plumbing system is a project best left to professional plumbers. Plumbing systems involve tons of moving parts—water supply lines, pipes, drain lines, sewer connections, and connections to appliances like water heaters, washing machines, and dishwashers. Improper installation of your plumbing system can leave your house vulnerable to potential damages that could result in flooding or damage to your home’s foundation. While you can DIY your way through common plumbing problems like fixing clogged drains or leaky faucets, it’s highly recommended that you contact a plumbing professional for most of your plumbing-related tasks, especially installing the system.

Building codes don’t allow homeowners or businesses to run sewer pipes and water lines in the same trench for safety and environmental purposes. If the sewer line started leaking, it would risk contaminating the water supply to your house, which threatens the health of you and your family. These lines need to be in separate trenches and may need to be separated both horizontally by around 5 to 10 or more feet and vertically by 12 to 18 or more inches.

The most expensive part of adding a bathroom will always be the wet areas, such as the toilet, sink, and shower. Considering a half bathroom won’t have a shower, you’ll save quite a bit of money there versus adding a full bath with a shower or tub. Using qualified professionals is a requirement when dealing with plumbing and electricity, so while you can do some of the addition yourself, leave these two to the pros.

To test for toilet leaks, use water coloring in the water tank and see if the water slips into the bowl from the tank. This test will indicate if there’s a problem with the flapper or refill tube. You can also put water coloring in the bowl of the toilet to see if there is a leak there. If there is, you should see the colored water on the outside of the toilet bowl or on the floor.

Most experienced professionals can get an entire trenchless pipe lining project done in a single day, and smaller projects might take as little as three to four hours. If your technician uses machinery to dig the two access points, the job will likely be faster, whereas manual digging will take a bit longer and could push the project above six hours.
