They came out and gave an estimate and had samples of wood to choose from and gave options for the installation on the edges, etc. They show up when they are scheduled to for all appointments and they explain what they are going to do and how to care for the counters after installation. Can’t say enough good things about Art and his crew. All work was outstanding in quality, things were done on time and on the schedule agreed to. Art was a wonderful communicator and super knowledgeable about all things construction and design. He thoroughly explained how any changes would affect the project, i.e. materials, time and cost.
