They contacted me about my inquiry immediately, arranged a date and time to arrive and were ready to accomplish the job upon presentation of the estimate. Very reasonable and itemized pricing, attentive to details and left my property clean and in better shape than when they arrived, not disturbing my flowers beds while installing 12 pathway lights. He is building me an extensive patio, a kitchen, walls, and walkways. I have renovated many homes and De La Rosa is my FAVORITE sub. Jonathan has qualities that ensure you will not be miserable, stressed and panicky: he is COMMUNATIVE, CALM, EXTREMELY CAPABLE, REASONABLE, and HONEST.He knows his stuff! We ensure our clients get the highest quality product, with elegant & functional design, and craftsmanship and attention to detail like no other on all of our installations.
"The brick walk itself was done well but it was the aftermath that was horrible. They pretty much destroyed part of my yard. This is when we were told that we would not even know they had been there. They said they would replant plants that they had to dig up for the projects. They were just thrown in piles in the beds. The worst part is the gravel all over them that they just covered with dirt. When I replanted the plants, I had to dig through 3-4 inches of gravel everywhere. The reseeding of the yard was a joke. It was tamped down from them walking on it and I have not seen one blade of new grass so I do not know what they planted. I requested a refund and they gave me a partial refund of what I requested. I accepted it just to end it and I was not going to write a review but the more I am out there raking up gravel and reseeding the yard, the more irritated I got."
