Everyone was very nice and I thought the work that was done was good. However, I do not like to be told something will be done and then not have it done to the point that I bought my own tools and did the work that I had requested them to do; that I had received a quote for, and nothing happened.. Other than poor responsiveness, they were very nice people and treated me well.
