In one case the fan was swapped out for another; in another case we wanted the fan installed (there was already a ceiling outlet and blocking for it. Everything has worked well for more than a year. Since this work, I have since hired Sal and his team for other work. He'll talk to you first about what you want to have done before he even makes an appointment and if he thinks he's not the right fit for what you want done, he is upfront about that and has a suggestion for someone else you can call.
