"They come out every 6 months and do service on my unit. They check the air conditioning out in the spring and then the heating in the fall. I have been using them for 10 years. They are very responsive. The technicians are very knowledgeable and they are very reliable. They have always been very good with me. I haven’t really gotten a lot of experience in the last 10 years with anyone else. It has been very good."

"Great experience all around! We used L3 to install our new Carrier HVAC system. Rhett was very helpful with everything!
