"Evolution design worked with me on designing and addition for a 100 and 5 year old house. We worked on the dimensions of the addition Plus the materials. Evolution understood the local zoning which was amazing that they knew that. We have not started construction. And evolution can help pull the permits and I'm considering them for that as well. All in all it was a long project but it was done efficiently, working with several of the staff an the departments."

"It was a good experience. I had originally expected to cover the existing tile with textured paint, but Charles discovered that some of the tile was not attached and recommended replacement. I agreed, and the project began. The crew covered everything that they couldn't move, moved the rest, removed the tiles and painted the ceiling, cleaned up, and put everything back. Very well.  I feel so comfortable about the stability of my home.  Jim, the owner of the company, was always looking for the best and most reasonable way to solve a problem.  His crew was hard working and came to work when they said they would (except for the rainy periods of course).  The house was empty so they stayed at my home (so they could be close to the job) and kept very good care of it.

 It was an expensive repair but I believe I could not have found a better crew for the same price. Since I was out of state much of the time, they kept me informed at every step, which is helpful when you can not be there.
I definitely would recommend them for waterproofing but I was most impressed with their ability to do the structural reinforcement."
