Both of which was the best changes I could have made. The second day the crew was called off to finish another job. Once the work commenced the foundation proved to be more formidible than original; however, there was other work that could have been completed. Part of the repair included fixing our cedar closet. When told the original material was unavailable and asked if a *matching material* could be used. I agreed. Well the matching material was plain plywood and looks terrible. When pressed on the issue, the project manager acted like a bully and was very unpleasant. So now I am paying a carpenter to finish the work. The company never even offered to reimburse me for the work they did not finish."
