We got off to a bit of a rough start when the first appointment was missed because it was inadvertently placed on their calendar. But, I sensed that the apology was sincere and I really liked Matt Herring so I hired him and provided a down payment. He explained that they would not plant anything during the heat of the summer as they guarantee their plants for one year, but that they would schedule the job for Sept. That was fine since the pool was still being installed anyway. When Sept arrived, however, I received an email indicating that our job was being shifted to the end of October! I was really, really disappointed and requested our deposit be refunded as I planned to hire someone who could do the work sooner than that. Matt contacted me immediately, understood my dilemma, and arranged to get our job scheduled for Sept 13-15th. The job itself was extended to the 16th as well because we added additional trees, the curbing, and mulching to the original invoice. They have a policy that they do not leave a job until it's DONE -- very refreshing after experiencing constant delays with the pool installation. We had a slight disagreement with the number and size of boulders added to the landscape, but as soon as we discussed this with Rob, the owner, he said he would provide additional rocks as soon as they were finished with the home shows. True to his word, we came home from running errands one evening to find at least 10 more boulders placed in our yard... we were only expecting three! Rob and Matt are both class acts! It is not always easy to find contractors who care about their reputation more than their bottom line. I also have to say that the landscaping is beautiful! And, the drainage systems and dry river beds were installed just in time for Hurricane Matthew! It was almost fun to watch the rain water race down those river beds to the ditch! Those river beds are both attractive and functional!"

"I decided that I wanted a standby electric generator for my house. Not knowing anything about generators, I began looking for advice on exactly what I should purchase. After talking to several electrical contractors, Tri-City was obviously the most knowledgeable on the subject. Chad (of Tri-City) helped me choose the right generator for my situation, with no promise that I would use him to do the installation. He and his brother Jason came by here to look at my situation and didn't try to get me to commit to anything or try the old trick of "We'll knock off the charge for the estimate when we do the installation". After I had chosen a generator and had it delivered, (I got it from electricgeneratorsdirect.com), Chad and Jason came out here and built a wood-framed gravel pad, made sure it was level and attractive, then moved the generator from my garage and placed it on the pad and did all the connections that were possible before the gas company came to perform some necessary modifications. After the gas was hooked up, they returned and completed the installation. Not only did they do an outstanding job, they stayed around for a couple hours testing it to make sure it was working properly. I no longer have to think about who I will call when I need anything electrical done! These guys are head and shoulders above any other electrical contractor I was able to find!"

"I highly recommend Brad We were in the process of selling our home and had to open repair and resurface our gunite pool that was 30 years old. He was able to drain the pool safely from all the debris, and repair any damage concrete, resurface and painted the pool. He also replaced the motor on the filter and re-piped all the pool lines. This was a huge job as the pool had not been opened in 4 years. He worked with our budget and was able to complete the entire job at a very reasonable cost ."
