Professional and on time, and communicated even when I was out of area to give updates.
Owner was injured and went extra mile and found someone to cover to make sure that it was completed in timeframe quoted.
"$75 is our service charge, regardless. It was our interpretation that there was miscommunication between the husband and wife. Ultimately, with her complaints we returned her check with a letter giving full explanation of why there was a charge. They purchased a house with one of our system already installed - there was no warranty. We have NEVER had any complaints since we have been open for business. It is interesting that her complaint to our office was also that we didn't communicate well but I provided her with a written spreadsheet of communication (always with the husband or returning his call) that included date and time. So ultimately, we accepted her complaint and send her partial payment check back to her. Obviously there was no way to appease her - she was angry and looking to somehow degrade us. Please consider removing her grade. It's not at all accurate. Thanks!"
"Thanks Member. It was a pleasure working with you and we look forward to doing business with you in the future!!"
