"We are sorry you are disappointed in your experience with our company. When we re-installed the existing light unit we did not observe any damage to the pool light, and to the best of our knowledge no damage was incurred during the pool renovation process. However, when we were informed the light did not work we immediately offered to contact the light manufacturer to check on replacing the light under warranty. Because we did not originally install the light, we needed installation information and documentation required by the manufacturer to pursue replacing the light under warranty. We were not given this info requested by the customer and a stop payment was placed on our check. Again, we asked for the required installation information to pursue warranty replacement by the manufacturer. After several calls we finally received the required installment information required. Gulf Breeze Enterprises made all the calls and forwarded all the paperwork and documentation to the light manufacturer. Within approx. a week after receiving the paperwork and documentation, the manufacturer had a warranty repair tech replace the light at no cost to the customer. We feel we tried our best to find a fair solution for our valued customer."

"We are sorry you are unhappy with the results of the grout injection process on the sinking deck. As was explained during the initial consultation when we first inspected the deck and before any work was performed, the deck had been sinking in the past and had the grout injection process performed for a former owner of the property. We had suggested a process of installing peers under the deck in order to perform a more permanent type of repair rather than again performing the grout injection process because sinking ground is an issue on the property. However, installing peers is a costly process. Both types of processes and work were discussed with the homeowner and a decision was made to pursue the grout injection process. Unfortunately we cannot control sinking ground issues. Last week when we were on the property inspecting the deck and speaking with you we did tell you we will be in contact with the sub-contractor who performed the grout injection process which we have done and we will contacting you to schedule a time for both the owner of our company and the owner of the grout injection company to meet with you to discuss a reasonable solution on the issue of the sinking ground issue. It is our desire to work together to provide a solution and to the satisfaction of all parties involved. We ask that you please work with us and give us some time to work out a solution. We appreciate your consideration."
