Miguel is really the best. Very easy to work with. He listens to what you want and is extremely hard worker to get it done and done right. He was quick to fix anything I pointed out. No defensiveness, just a get it done attitude. He truly wants a satisfied customer and that is me. Great combination of affordable price and quality workmanship!

Miguel was professional and flexible. He met in person with us to complete the work contract which is highly appreciated because we are senior citizens with limited technology skills. They are very responsive and affordable. Most importantly TRUSTWORTHY!! Highly recommend

Miguel and his team did a great job replacing a deck at a townhouse located in the Windbrooke at Silverton townhome community in Cary, NC. These charming townhomes were built in the 1980s. More recently, the HOA voted to make unit owners responsible for repair and replacement of decks instead of the HOA. Predictably, there are plenty of decks that need to be repaired and/or replaced in this community. Miguel handled permitting with the Town of Cary and he stained the deck after construction to meet HOA guidelines. He is reasonably priced, efficient, and quick to communicate with his clients. Would highly recommend.
