We had some unexpected additional repairs (rotted wood) along the way that he communicated through and we got it done! we had a tight deadline and he crushed it. The deck is beautiful and well made and he went above and beyond with other things we needed (hauling and screening our porch). I 12/10 recommend him for any building or repair projects. The work included installing a new countertop, sink, faucet,, and light fixture in one bathroom and painting the bathroom; removing painted wallpaper from one large wall and smoothing and painting the wall; replacing one set of bifold closet doors and trimming off and adjusting multiple other sets so they would operate smoothly; and replacing large window panels and the door in our front entryway.
