"I hired Neli over a week period for 3 different appliances, my dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, and even kitchen sink! I had a fantastic experience: 1. I fixed my dryer with Thomas' excellent remote guidance, changing the timer and the switch! Fabulous guidance Thomas, with lots of money saved! I learned a lot in the process. 2. I determined that there was no dishwasher leak and in the process learned how to check for leaks and trouble shoot for some common repair issues. It cost $40.00 but as I had some water on the floor, I was ready to get a new dishwasher. Now, I am confident that it wasn't a leak and caused by putting in the dishes in a funny manner and not a repair issue. I am using the dishwasher now again with no problem. 3. I determined with Thomas' help that the washing machine had a major problem and could have spun out of control into my wall....no question, it was time to get a new washing machine! This was a well spent $40.00--I even got Thomas advice on purchasing a new washing machine and what to look for. 4. I checked the drainage on my kitchen sink and learned how to empty out the "trap" and that most likely, I am okay, but what to swap out if I have continuing issues with slow drainage. In the end, I saved lots of money, gaining and learning valuable experience! Absolutely fabulous service!"

"They were great. So polite and on time. I didn't know if I needed my septic tank emptied and Tammy said they will not do it if it isn't needed. Well Jason showed he when he opened it was almost to the top. He had a really hard time opening the other side but didn't give up till it was open. When they were finished closing it and putting my gravel back (which I didn't expect them to do) hew then explained when I should have it done again. "I hired two helpers for 2 hours on October 17,2020. The two helpers (names unknown) arrived at my home (127 Gado Way, Loudon) and immediately started unloading the Penske truck with the contents being moved into my garage. Some of these boxes and some bare items were very heavy and awkward. After this with plenty of the 2 hours remaining we took the truck to a nearby storage unit where they helped load all items then return to my home and unload into the garage. The two men hired worked vigorously without complaint during the entire operation taking no breaks except to drink a bit of water. "Steve (the owner) called the day before the appointment to give us a 2 hour window when he would arrive.  He arrived on the front end of that window. He was professional and polite and was obvious that he had experience in this field.  The dryer works fine now and our exceptations are that it will for years to come.  If you're a dog owner, steve comes prepared with dog biscuits and immediately made a friend with our dog.  I would give steve a call in the future and recommend him to anyone withijn the Blue Ridge, GA area.
