They were great!

They were great. So polite and on time. I didn't know if I needed my septic tank emptied and Tammy said they will not do it if it isn't needed. Well Jason showed he when he opened it was almost to the top. He had a really hard time opening the other side but didn't give up till it was open. When they were finished closing it and putting my gravel back (which I didn't expect them to do) hew then explained when I should have it done again. I would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future. Thank you everyone.

From the first phone call to the last shovel we had a very positive experience with Joe and Tami. They were friendly, courteous and professional, and very knowledgeable about the work. Communication was excellent - we didn't have to talk repeatedly to an answering machine or wait for a call back. Joe showed up on schedule, which is becoming a rarity these days. When we ran into some unexpected problems with our 34 year old system, Joe quickly adapted and came up with a solution that actually improved our system, and he didn't take advantage by adding on a lot of costs. These are good, hard working folks with an integrity and work ethic that are hard to find.

These were among the nicest people I've ever hired. Joe actually understands how a septic system works. He charged a fixed and very reasonable price, even though the lawn had been filled after the tank was set and so they had to dig over 6 ft down. I cannot strongly enough recommend this company.
