So, by appt #3 I got Carlton. He was great. Super helpful, knowledgeable, etc. I purchased the services bc we really needed it asap as I had major mold growing in my basement from the previous owners negligence. I do feel like the price was too high but that’s a Groundworx issue. NOT a Carlton issue. I understand the rep doesn’t control the cost of services. For two days and waterproofing it was around 13-14k. It was extensive work but I did the demolition and removal myself to save $$. The work started and we had Von, Tim, Will and another gentleman.
