"I had a fantastic experience with Ehrlich Southeast. Their customer service was excellent, from scheduling the appointment to the completion of the service. Their technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, and they ensured my property was pest-free. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of pest control services."

"Service representative was very knowledgeable about lawn, shrub, and pest control."

"Rodney, our service provider, is very thorough, punctual and professional.  He always reminds me to call in-between scheduled service calls if we have any problems (those extra calls are included in the contract), and asks about any specific pests we're seeing so he can target his service.

"Casey of River Pest Control did a thorough inspection of my crawl space and was able to provide knowledgeable recommendations. He even realized an issue that I was not aware of and was able to provide reasonable solutions to which I have hired him to come back out to make those repairs."

"Their cost is pretty good. When we were looking at companies that kind of spray for we had a lot of trees and stuff in the backyard. We were trying to find something that could control the mosquito population, and they were using natural stuff. It wasn't so harsh to the environment, and they were the one of the only ones in our research that offered that service and chemicals were mild. They also did a termite inspection and stuff, so we really discontinued the contract with the termite service and realized that they offered the other services for the other things. They put in dehydration systems in houses to control moisture levels which could potentially lead to mildew and stuff like that."

"They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."

"I have a contract with them so I have to use them again. It pays for itself eventually if you get good repair people. You don't control who they send."
