"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"He is honest, prompt, and is meticulous about what he does. He is very careful and does everything in a nice manner. He sticks with us until he has finished and I am satisfied. His prices were reasonable. He continues to do the job until he does it right. He is very responsive. He is very punctual and if he is going to be late, he calls and lets you know. We got estimates from 3 different company's for roof replacement, Atlantic coastal Enterprises explained everything too us after looking at roof and gave us an estimate the same day, they even waited around for me to get off to let me see everything myself since my husband was only one home. The other 2 company's looked at my roof and left and took over a week to email me our estimate. I thought the price was pretty steep from Atlantic Coastal Enterprises, until I received the other 2 estimates, they were cheaper for replacement but did not included everything, one estimate said "If it is deemed necessary to replace any wood to complete roof any additional charges will be added to the final bill" they also didn't include disposal cost and they only had a 5yr workman ship warranty. I knew we had wood damage and when Atlantic Coastal Enterprises took shingles off there was a lot of damage to the wood, they took before and after pictures for me, and everything was included in the price, even a lifetime warranty on shingles and 10yr workmanship warranty. They got the job done in just 3days, they were very professional, knowledgeable and kind my roof looks amazing and I am excited to see how much I save on electricity now.

"'B-/C+' is the real grading. He manages several non-English speaking crews and so the quality of varies and no recourse with the people performing the work. The jobs looks good from afar, but the details are lacking. Many houses here are built with a "carpenter's gap" (google it). The workers did not mention this to me or to James Taylor, the consequence is my roof continues to let in vermin and this is now much more expensive to fix (I offered to pay the difference to fix this, never heard back). The workers also slid down the shingles and there is shingle wear where they slid down on their butts. The roof is functioning correctly, although we have sealed a several popped nails. The siding install was just the siding, the quote apparently did not include painting/sealing where the trim butts up against the siding ( I was told this is standard practice, so now I have to get up on a ladder and paint this myself). I was glad house wrap was included, but the work was carelessly cut and not according to Tyvek's overlap specification nor fastening (see picture. Manufacturer specification specifies a 6" overlap (red dots) and washered fasteners). Billing was clear enough. Email/phone response times long."
