"First time writing a review and used this company without incident for 2 years. However, first time I had a problem with a 2 year old unit they sent a tech out 3 times in a week without diagnosing or repairing the issue (in late June). Finally, the 4th tech diagnosed the problem - possibly a broken condenstion coil - and told me it would be 7-10 days before the part could be replaced. . . So 4 weeks without AC working for more than a day or two per week. Then the company refused to send out a field manager to assess the unit until another tech came out to "service" the unit. The management proceeded to terminate my service agreement after numerous heated phone calls - where admittedly I wasnt always polite because they kept telling me they wouldn't send anyone out until I had the cleaning. TLDR: Good company when things are going fine but if you have an issue dont expect any help."

We install dryer vents to be the most efficient possible for your house. We eliminate flex hose and make it easier to keep your dryer vent clean and efficient, not to mention safer.

"Steve came by my place today, cleaned the vent, and adjusted my almetal vent, which he installed eight years ago. Steve is a true professional, and I highly recommend him. His communication skills are excellent, and he even responded to me on a Sunday about an approximate arrival time on Monday. He sent me a video of the debris removal process, so I could see how much lint was trapped in the line. He cleaned up after himself and was very pleasant to talk to. I wish all contractors were as good as Steve."

Appliance Sales questions, answered by experts

All electronics need to be unplugged and turned off during fumigation, and that includes your fridge. Your fridge’s ventilation system may pull in harmful fumigation chemicals if left on. The best thing you can do is aim to eat all of your fresh or frozen foods before fumigation and toss or take with you what you couldn’t eat when the time comes.

You get rid of fridge smells naturally by placing natural household items in your fridge, such as baking soda, white distilled vinegar, oatmeal, coffee grounds, or citrus fruit. These items help neutralize the air by absorbing or masking odors. They are safe ingredients to have near your food and don’t pose a risk to you and your family.

Choosing between a gas vs. electric dryer comes down to individual needs. A gas dryer tends to have faster drying times and is more energy-efficient, which may be a better choice for you if you have access to affordable natural gas and have a high volume of laundry. However, an electric dryer has a lower upfront cost, is easier to install, and may be more suitable if your home doesn’t have a gas connection. When determining which type of dryer is best for you, factors such as energy costs, installation requirements, budgets, and personal preferences should be considered.

The number one culprit of high energy bills is older appliances, especially fridges and freezers that are left on all the time. These two appliances tend to last a long time, which is good, but it also means that newer models are usually significantly more energy-efficient due to upgraded technology. The second most common reason for a high bill is heating and air conditioning.

Your broiler may not be working due to a faulty igniter, which is the piece responsible for lighting the gas. Other possible issues include a broken broil element, a problem with the thermostat, or a defective control board. If the gas supply isn’t correctly connected to the broiler, it can also create problems. When in doubt, call a pro to safely and effectively diagnose and fix the problem.
