"I can’t say enough good things about working with Peter Harris. We had a construction emergency and Peter took care of it skillfully and efficiently. Just after we went under contract to sell a family member’s condo, a water leak ruined the flooring and some cabinetry throughout the home. Fan power is measured by CFM, or cubic feet per minute. For every 1,000 feet of square footage in your attic, you need a minimum of 700 CFM. When you take a hot shower or bath, the steam dissipates into the air and increases the temperature of your bathroom. This can make the room hotter than other rooms in your home, especially if it’s an upper floor that gets a lot of sun. On top of that, the high humidity in your bathroom can make it feel hotter than it actually is.

You’ll pay more for projects like these if you don’t have existing infrastructure, or if you’re installing more than one vent.
