We are a second generation family owned business serving Billings and the surrounding areas. We have been serving Billings and close surrounding area for over 35 years. We provide sales, service and installation of quality products for your home or business. We specialize in the replacement of older inefficient equipment with new equipment that is highly energy efficient and will not only lower your utility costs, but raise your comfort levels substantially. Our Comfort Solutions Adviser would be happy to visit with you any place, any time. A large part of our business is new construction. We provide superior systems to fit any budget, in any new home or building. Our systems can be basic up to highly customize for the custom home market. "I thank-you for posting a review, even when not glowing it gives us an opportunity to improve. Bottom line is that if you had called and spoke with one of the owners Jeff (myself) or tony, we would surely have worked with you on the billing. We pride our selves on customer service and truly would not have let you down. If you had called that night, they would have repaired the unit and again even if the tech collected on the invoice we would have worked with you to make things right. I am not sure why the fuse was blowing and yes they are correct a furnace SSU (fused switch) need a 15 Amp fuse but that could have been easily explained and the techs carry them on their trucks. Again I am sorry for the bad experience, but we ALWAYS make things right. Mistakes can and will happen and we are prepared for that. We are like most humans in that regard. We thank-you for your many years of business and would appreciate the opportunity to earn that back in the future."

"Thanks for taking the time to post a review about our performance. We love the opportunity to do things better. We did actually only bill for $80.00 and $17.50 for the new humidifier pad so the total invoice was $97.50. We also cleaned the flame sensor on your furnace to make sure it ran correctly. The tech also took some time to discuss the proper operation of the humidifier to you, so that you can get the best possible use out of the unit. I am not sure why you mentioned we were "Digging" around and billed more? But no matter, we are glad you were overall happy with our service. We would never try and add additional time on an invoice and I will stand by that. People work to hard to come by their money and we work just as hard and would never take advantage of any customer. Without customers we have no business. Thanks again for the opportunity to look at ourselves and service processes."
