I called James from A-1 Electrical to come take a look at some lighting problems and loose outlets in my home. He was able to fit me in the following afternoon and was very easy to contact when I needed to make a schedule change. During his work at my home, James was very friendly, professional, and reasonably priced. He was very honest and did not overcharge, whichI found to be extremely respectable. I would highly recommend using James for any and all of your electrical needs!

James was prompt and did not make me feel stupid when it turned out the light bulb was the problem. He also did not charge as he said it was 12 minutes of his time and he felt that it was not necessary to charge me. He was also concerned that I know what he would be driving and how he would be dressed and that a card would be given as identification. This made me feel very safe.
