"I can’t say enough good things about working with Peter Harris. We had a construction emergency and Peter took care of it skillfully and efficiently. Just after we went under contract to sell a family member’s condo, a water leak ruined the flooring and some cabinetry throughout the home. Immediately we struggled to work with the insurance company and find a contractor. Sourcing a reliable craftsman in Bozeman’s market seemed nearly impossible, and if we didn’t get the damage fixed quickly and competently, the water was likely to cause even more damage and we may have lost our buyer. They lie and seem comfortable with that. This went on throughout the process and getting them on-site was like pulling teeth. They did not have adequate knowledge to preform the mitigation and the overriding driver for Dayspring was to keep equipment at the house to drive up their billing. All in all they are NOT good at what they do and are horrible at communication and transparency. I would never use them again, regardless of the circumstances."
