If sprinkler work is needed we subcontract out the work to top rated sprinkler companies to make sure the project is done correctly. "BEWARE CUSTOMERS! This greedy unconscionable man installs $800.00 Water Heaters for $2350!!!! Two wires and a water line. 1hr of work. Then he brags about how cheap he is compared to other plumbers. As if to say : "Hey, I'm not the only crook! We're all crooked! He pushes for cash with a $150 rebate, so it will stay off the books. I feel it is my obligation to let the community know what kind of deceiving, unprofessional guy this is, who's preying on unsuspecting customers in an emergency!"

For those who had need, he built barriers to protect my neighbors' property. He kept his equipment and work areas organized and clean, maintained communication with me, treated my property with utmost respect, and he performed as his contract described.
