Upon initial consultation, Perry realized how big of a job it would be, and suggested renting a chipper/shredder to handle the large amount of waste-wood that would result. We came to a mutually satisfying price quote, and he scheduled the work day around my convenience. He contacted me by text with minor details prededing the scheduled work day, and called one day prior to confirm everything. His crew showed up on time with all the gear they would need (he had a lot of gear). The chipper he rented was big and bad and he was competent operating it. Nine hours later, at least eight shoulder high piles of hedge trimmings were all ground up, and the hedge looks great. Perry even advised me on how to provide DIY grooming for this hedge so it wouldn't get out of control again. Before leaving they raked, ran blowers, swept and cleaned up the work area thoroughly. The crew were very polite, experienced with dangerous power tools and worked steadily all day."
