As if to say : "Hey, I'm not the only crook! We're all crooked! He pushes for cash with a $150 rebate, so it will stay off the books. I feel it is my obligation to let the community know what kind of deceiving, unprofessional guy this is, who's preying on unsuspecting customers in an emergency!"
