Communication is key for us and we spend a lot of time before we ever start your project talking to you about every detail. There won't be any surprises when we work for you because you'll know exactly what you are going to get before we start. We come look at your project then provide you with a detailed estimate on what your project will entail. We will ask for a portion of the estimate up front, usually 50%. Then we begin the project. We will stop construction and re-calculate the estimate, agree in writing on the solution, and continue.
