He improperly installed the flashing in my home. Metal roof. 6 roofers have inspected the install and describe as poor installation job. Not only did my home leak for two years, Orcas insuance - is not BONDED. So damages done with minimal coverage. I have to do a whole new roof due to improper install as no one will fix as they cannot warranty repair of the job. Look elsewhere. Don't purchase a metal hearth, it rusts over if any water gets on it wether from either snow or a leaky roof. My roof never leaked before. He lied to me and stated he inspected my attic for water damage, where he wasn't able to access my attic space. Please reconsider whom you hire. It will save you money in the long run!

Mark did a great job with project with good communication along the way. They picked up my new wood stove and delivered to my home and got it installed on schedule and without issue. I would recommend Orca to anyone looking for an install or help with a wood stove issue.

Mark had no problem installing a stove in the middle of Winter when other contractors were refusing the job. He was quick to schedule the install and worked efficiently. He was sure to explain everything from the use of our fireplaces to how to keep an eye on their maintenance. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

He texted me with updates about ordering parts, when the parts were coming in, and when heâ d be able to come do the install based on this. He came when he said he would and finished the install in the dark to get it done! He was awesome to work with.

Researched and hunted down what I wanted then drove it to me in Bigfork and installed my beautiful ceramic log set with high detail. I love it! Thank you thank you Mark! HIGHLY recommend!
