The surface and the steps of a concrete porch on my duplex were disintegrating. Because this is a rental, I could not take the time to replace the entireporch. Mark was recommended to me by a local lumberyard; after I called him, he immediately came by, He fully explained what hewould do and gave me a bid. He completed the work within a week because I had to leave town. The next summer the big hail storm hit and destroyed an emergency exit window. Because I was so pleased with his first job, I asked for a bid and requested that he complete the job even though I was out of state. I had no problem paying him for the work even while I was out of state because I trust his work. When I later visited Bozeman, I was impressed that the quality of the frame was even better than it was originally.
