Great presentation when we requested a bid. Had copy of insurance and license and references named on the brochure.

Did an excellent job, were professional at all times and cleaned up well at the end of the day.  They were professional and courteous and did as good a job as I could hope for.  There were a few difficult spots, but they knew how to handle them and it looks good.  I'm very happy with the entire job.

HORRID and TERRIBLE service and a complete lack of professionalism.  DON'T hire these people.  Not only will they not return your call for an estimate but if and when they do show up at the job, they will do nothing but complain.  Complain about materials, the pitch of the roof, everything is a complaint to them.  Then when and if they do show up to work, they only work a few hours at a time then leave and not come back till following day.  Once they do finally get to the end of job they will try to extort more money from you saying the ridge cap is now extra or we need more nails or just more excuses one after another.  RUN and don't hire this company, there are many other more professional shinglers in great falls.

We were impressed with Electric City Roofing from the moment the estimator, Chris Kron, came out to estimate the cost of replacing our roof. He brought a folder with paperwork regarding license and insurance and other information that should be included when you hire a contractor. After measuring the roof and discussing what type of material we wanted, Chris was able to figure the cost of the job while he was here. Since we had other contractors scheduled to come out we waited until we received their estimate before deciding who to hire. As it turned out one of the estimates was almost twice the amount Chris had quoted. Another contractor was concerned about putting metal around the chimneys. By the time we were ready to decide on a contractor the winter months were already here. Even though we would have waited until closer to spring, the guys were out working whenever the weather cooperated and it was safe to be on the roof. We were able to get a finished product by spring time and have been very satisfied with the quality and the professionalism of the gentlemen doing the job. I would like to mention the father son team, Blaine and Austin and their determination to get the job done. Their quality work added to the attractiveness of the roof and the yard and area was clear of nails and debris.

Everything went smoothly. There was a brief snowstorm in the middle of the job and they came and cleaned the roof and waited until it warmed up. They repaired shoddy work done by the previous homeowner and did some extra work for me.
