They were awful. They don't communicate, no phone calls and messages. They over promise. I sold my house early this march and they still had stuff that needed to complete. They did not complete the landed part and the railing. It was really ugly and I would never hire them again. I would never recommend them to anyone. The deck was nice but the experience was negative.

"The additional work was completed within a week of the materials showing up. We cannot control the supply chain. Additionally the balance owed has not been paid. The deck was built exactly as it was bid and all inspections were signed off on. We do not choose the colors for our projects so the look of the deck is on you."

Had some communication issues in the beginning but David made sure to rectify the situation. I have paid the half up front and am waiting for the weather to cooperate so I can have the work done. Bent Tree was kind enough to allow me be flexible with the scheduling as I will have family in town. David is great as he was previously an insurance adjuster and thoroughly knows the ins and outs of the business. He will do excellent work in getting you the right price.
