"Erik did an amazing job on this project. His communication and follow through were excellent. I highly recommend Smith Construction!"

"I hired Capital City Handyman Services for just a few small things in my cabin. Plumbing was a big issue and he replaced all the pipes that that were old and cracked. Then he built a retainer wall for my basement and insulated and winterized it as well. All of this was done in a timely matter. He was thorough, clean, and perfesional. He also installed flooring, and put in a new kitchen sink. I give Capital City Handyman an A plus. Well done! He also trimmed my trees!"

"Roy is a hard worker and did a great job on the project!"

"Aaron remodeled a bathroom for us as well as a few other small projects. We’ve always been extremely happy with the finished product. He was always on time and very easy to work with. I’d highly recommend Aaron and six point builders!"

"Preston of G-1 Plumbing performed the services and addressed the toilet & drain problem. He was unable to stop leak(made it worse) & submitted his recs to Choice Home for review. I was unable to understand Choice Home's response regarding the faucet leak. Their review stated faucet needed to be replaced BUT it was under "builder's warranty." I built this home in 2005. There is no "builder's warranty" now. I cancelled the proposed work order & paid out-of-pocket. A Friend, who was familiar with my builder and knows faucet components, came to my home, adjusted/cleaned the faucet cartridge and stopped the leak. The CHW tech, Preston, is conscientiuos, however, IMHO lacked the knowledge & experience to stop my leak. Home Warranty Companies, at least in my area, hire owner/operators who need the work to build their business and are NOT the most experienced/knowledgeable & are willing to work for less money. In my experience, Home Warranty Companies want the CHEAPEST resolution, not the BEST. I would recommend G-1 Plumbing for most plumbing issues."

"Great Company to work with. They did a fantastic job at a very fair price. High quality work, a very good owner who is most concerned about meeting your expectations. Highly recommend!!"

"When my mom unexpectedly had to move out of her home into a smaller, one level condo, Josh with JMB Enterprises made sure to add absolutely everything we needed to make sure she was safe & the transaction went smoothly. He has been wonderful to work with. Knowledgeable, efficient, hard working? I can?t say enough good things. I will be utilizing his help at the new condo and my own house. 100% I am also recommending Josh to the neighbors inquiring if we have a handyman. I say we have an ?excellent? one!"
