"I hired Austin with CW Land Services LLC to come do some grading in my backyard in order to prep for sodding. There were multiple uneven sections and ruts throughout the area from large equipment during the construction of my home. I now have a flat surface to lay sod. Austin was thorough and professional throughout the job. I would recommend him for any and all Dirtwork. Thanks Austin!"

"Hired to remove shrubs and small trees from the backyard and trim the shrubs in the front yard. They worked efficiently and got everything out and done as expected. When I spotted some brush that needed additional trimming, Nathan did not hesitate to come back & get it fixed. We have additional work to be done in the yard & will definitely hire them again."

"I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, every encounter was professional. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered above my expectations. The quality of work was excellent—everything was cleared efficiently and left looking clean and well-prepared for the next steps. They also made sure the area was handled with care, minimizing any unnecessary damage to the surrounding land. Communication was smooth throughout the entire process, and he was always willing to answer questions and provide updates. It’s clear he takes pride in what he does!"

"Wynn and Weeks did a phenomenal job, clearing a new road, grading, and laying gravel as well as clearing multiple trees around our property. They were professional, efficient and cleaned up the property after the job well. My folks were impressed at how polite and helpful they were when they assisted them on their property in Canton, MS."

Unfortunately, some plumbing scenarios, like a broken sewer pipe repair, will require excavation to complete the job. Plumbing excavation costs range from $30 to $70 per cubic foot. However, if you need additional trenching, expect to pay an extra $4 to $12 per linear foot. Keep in mind that these costs are on top of the plumbing repair costs, and they don’t account for labor costs. Consult your excavation specialist to determine an accurate estimate for your job.
The average cost for pool excavation is $2,500. This cost can range from $450 to $4,500, depending on the pool shape and size, time of year, and any need to move buried utilities.
When excavating for your pool, you might have to move existing utilities. You can expect to pay an additional $15 to $25 per linear foot to move gas lines. To move a septic system, it’ll cost an additional $2,000 to $20,000. A pool that is 10 feet by 12 feet averages $450 to excavate, and a 20-foot-by-40-foot pool averages $3,020.
The cost for residential excavation is $3,200 on average, ranging between $50 and $200 per cubic yard. Total costs could range from $500 to $15,000, depending on the project type, yard size, and soil type.
When a project needs an excavator, the contractor will subcontract one as part of the larger project. If you hire an excavation specialist, you can expect to pay between $40 and $180 per hour. When excavating, if you have soil with excessive rocks or clay deposits, expect an additional cost of $200 to $1,200.
On average, removing a tree costs around $750, but you can expect to pay between $200 to $2,000. Factors that impact the overall cost include the number of trees you’re having removed, their height, the diameter of their trunks, permits needed, and the tree’s accessibility. You’ll pay more if the tree is in a hard-to-reach area or dangerous location, like close to power lines.
Yes, you will want to confirm that the tree removal company you hire is insured before proceeding with the job. Tree removal can be dangerous work, and it's important to verify that the company carries the proper insurance to cover any onsite accidents or damage.
