"I apologize that you were unhappy with the work we did for you. We strive to make our customers happy. We make sure we communicate with the customer on all jobs that we complete, during the estimate process, as well as during job completion. We first send someone out to meet with the customer and discuss what is wanted, in order to provide an estimate. When we send our crew to a property to complete jobs, especially on trimming jobs, such as yours, we make sure to communicate with the customer. On jobs that require trimming trees to not touch or encroach the home, we want to make sure we trim all of the branches that are wanted to be removed, so it is common practice for us to speak with the customer to make sure everything is completed to their satisfaction. I apologize if you feel that this was unnecessary on the work we completed for you. However, we do feel that we satisfactorily completed the work you requested. We came to your property to complete the trimming service you requested, with dump truck, equipment truck with 3 bobcat machines, bucket truck, and 8 men. The owner of the company was present as well. We spoke to your husband and asked if the work we completed was what was wanted, and he said he wanted you to take a look. When you came out, you wanted more trimmed, so that is what we did. At no point in time, were any of our men, not wanting to complete your job. It was just not necessary for the entire crew of 8 men to be working on that particular job at the same time. Again, I apologize if you had an unpleasant experience. This is not common, as our customers are generally very satisfied with our work. Many request us again for additional work or refer us to others."
