He also went up on the roof to check things out, took pictures of some areas we need to have fixed before they become problems, and said he would reach back out in the spring to get us scheduled. "I texted a request early in the morning and had a response within a few hours and he came to the house that evening. He gave me the option to fix the few tiles (which he felt would be a temporary fix) or to pull everything up and put down concrete board and retile. I chose to have him retile. The work was started 4 days later and completed the next day (Christmas Eve). They took care to pull up the tiles so that they could be reused. It has been almost 2 weeks and no problems.
