Top Quality Roofing

No they did a poor job my roof is currently still leaking. They said I have a 5year warranty but never gave me paperwork .I paid 11 Thousand dollars the roof was leaking the very next week. They didn't do drip edges and put old rust flash back up. Never Ever use them.

I chose To Quality after reviewing 3 bids. They took pictures of the roof showing what fixtures were needed. I showed them the bathroom where the leak was happening and they said they would take care of it. They completed the work saying all was fixed. Upon the next rain the roof still leaked. I contacted them, they sent a guy to fix, he stayed all of 10 minutes saying it was an elbow needed. Upon next rain it still leaked. Then I called Angi to complain.

I would highly recommend these professionals. They came out to my home the same day, and had my problem fixed the next day. They did a great job, and did it fast. 5 stars. -Paul Lambert

This was a small repair job. They were able to schedule my repair work on Monday after giving me a quote on Friday. The price was reasonable and the work was completed quickly.

SCAMMER ALERT! MARK IS A SCAMMER. HE IS THE OWNER AND FAKES LIKE HE IS THE SALES CONSULTANT. HE WILL QUOTE YOU ONE PRICE AND HAVE YOU SIGN A CONTRACT, THEN LIE AND SAY ITS ANOTHER PRICE TO GET YOU TO SIGN ANOTHER CONTRACT TO GET MORE MONEY. I REFUSED TO SIGN ANOTHER CONTRACT WITH A DIFFERENT PRICE FOR SAME WORK. HE SENT ME A TEXT STATING THAT HE WAS SORRY FOR THE CONFUSION. I ASKED FOR MY DEPOSIT BACK, WHICH THE CONTRACT STATES I CAN. HE STATED HIS CREW WILL BE THERE 7AM TO START WORK. THEY DIDNT START ON THE PROMISE DAY. THEY WERE LATE EVERYDAY OF THE JOB. HE HAD 1 PERSON WORKING ONE DAY FOR 1 HOUR AND 30 MINS. HIS CREW LEFT TO WORK ON ANOTHER JOB WHILE SCHEDULE TO WORK ON MY HOUSE. ALL WORK WASNT DONE PROPERLY. I STILL PAID ALL MONEY FROM MY CONTRACT, BUT HE WAS STILL TRYING TO GET EXTRA MONEY EVEN WHEN HE CREW DIDNT DO EVERYTHING THE CONTRACT STATES FOR THEM TO DO. RUN RUN. GO TO ANOTHER CONTRACTOR. DONT BOTHER. HE IS A SCAMMER. HE QUOTES YOU A PRICE AND CONTRACT THAT HE WONT UPHOLD, THEN HIS WORKERS ARE 2 OR 3 HOURS LATE AND HE DONT HAVE A FULL CREW TO DO THE FULL JOB. IT WILL TAKE THEM FOREVER TO FINISH. SCAMMER ALERT!

Came out early after noon to inspect the job needing to be done, and the job was completed before 5 pm that day. Would hire again.

Things went perfectly. Mark was in contact with me almost immediately, was on-site making an estimate within 24 hours and his team was performing the non-emergency work within 72 hours. He and his crew were professional and very capable, correcting all issues in a full day on-site. When I have additional roofing needs I'll be phoning Mark at Top Quality Roofing.

They didn't show up when we had agreed on the date and time. I called and they showed up ta new scheduled time. Additional shingles were required. They brought them and replaced the missing shingles the next day. They also inspected the roof and resealed area around pipes. Satisfied with their work and their responsiveness once we got a new time set.

They came out on Monday, a little later than promised and went right to work. They had the old roof off in two days, cleaned up afterwards and hauled all the old shingles away. As they were removing the old roof, it was discovered that one of the eaves had some rotten wood and they repaired it and gave me a good price for the repair. I am very pleased with the quality of work performed. They even cleaned all of the gutters for me.

Quite pleasant to speak with but didn't adhere to scheduled appointment. Just showed up. Were very nice and apologetic when brought to their attention.

No issues. Came out the next day and completed repairs. crew seemed knowledgeable, work looks good, they cleaned up when finished. They matched the paint so well you cannot tell it was ever damaged, same with the shingles. You have to really look to tell the shingles that were replaced. I'm very satisfied, they will be my go to anytime I need outside work done!

Very well. New roof was ready to go before the next rain and it looks great! They even put the Christmas lights back up for us.

It went well, they took care of all of the issues in a timely and professional manner. Even though the siding was no longer made in the size we needed, they were able to make the new siding look the same and were able to match the paint saving us money.

The gentleman was punctual and quite willing to help me out. He repaired the problem in less than 15 minutes, then volunteered to fix another minor problem regarding our roof/gutter interaction for no additional cost. He was quite helpful and I would most assuredly hire him again.

Excellent. They came out and gave a fast quote and were able to complete the repairs in just a few days. The best part is that they came and finished exactly when they said they would.

Great. They replaced the skylights one morning and I didn't think they would have been ready that soon. 2 days later the roof was repaired. They were in and out, cleaned up after themselves and the work looks really good

They did the work quickly and did a good job. Only negative was they were supposed to be here on Tuesday and I got a call late in the afternoon saying they'd be here Wednesday at 8, they showed up around 9. Not a huge deal though, would hire again.
